The 22nd of February 2010 earthquake in Christchurch was devastating to the city. Even after 10 months damage still lingers and majority of the city center is still blocked off. Deconstruction is an on going process and many of the extremely dangerous buildings have been brought down but here are a few pictures of what is remaining within the red zone and surrounding areas. This is only a small sample of what was damaged during this quake.
